HAPPY FATHER'S DAY!
I hope everybody is having a wonderful Father's Day today. My girls have been contentedly ignoring their dad all day long. It has been quite amusing to see him trying so hard to get them to play with him when they just turn and run away.
Now, at 5:30 in the afternoon, Marisa has finally deemed him worthy of her attention. She went and climbed up in his lap and is currently allowing him to hold and snuggle her. There's no telling how long she will allow him this luxury. She is not a Daddy's baby.
Good day to all...

Thanks for confirming my suspicions. I turned on the TV this morning and the US open was on they were going on about it being fathers day. How strange we celebrate fathers day in September yet we celebrate mothers day on the same day as you guys.
That is too funny.
Randall and I were discussing how my world may conflict with my readers' world in just this very way.
See, here, school is out and summer is in, so when you talk about getting your kids ready for school in the mornings - it was confusing to me at first until I realized what was going on.
It is the American Father's Day here.
